Hi everyone
Took the Shimano shore fishing team from Holland down to have a couple of hours at Straumen yesterday, Stoped at the bay first to collect some good fresh lug ( Them Lads can realy dig) Then it was on to the fishing! Fishing Straumen over low water I have had my best results and as we arrived the tide was backing off nicely!

The cod kept coming and coming!!

Nice 3 hours fishing with the lads and around 15 codling with the best just over 4 pound

Hey everyone,
Got a bit tired of boat fishing all the time, so i started with shore fishing again.
Fished for two days a place called Stu s point.
Fantastic fishing and i was able to beat my personal record in Cod.
Last season i achieved to get a 26 pounder from shore.
Now my new record is 28 pound!!! Lovely fish in a prime condition which
took me half an hour to get it in.
See the pictures of the sessions...
My mate Kevin with a small cod

Me with a better one

and a better one...

fighting an even better fish...

A cod of 20 pound

The next day then my new personal record of 28 pound came!!

another picture...

I think this fish is a proof that shore fishing can be as effective as boat fishing.
We offer shore fishing holidays with all equipment you need onsite.
Especially the season from end of August till end of March is quiet promising for getting a big fish.
